Passionfruit Hazelnut Ramos Gin Fizz

Add gin, Frangelico, lime juice, lemon juice, egg white, and heavy cream into a shaker without ice

Dry shake for 3-4 minutes to build up a frothy texture

Add 3-4 small regular ice cubes into the shaker and shake until the ice is completely

To your glass, add a splash of soda water, and then pour the cocktail to your glass

Let the cocktail sit until the foam rises to the top

Using a straw or the back of a bar spoon, poke a hole in the top of your foam

Pour soda water into the hole so the foamy head rises above the edge of your glass

Add a straw back into the cocktail and enjoy!
