About the Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz Gin

  • ½ oz lime juice

  • ½ oz lemon juice

  • ½ oz Frangelico

  • ½ oz passionfruit syrup

  • 1 oz heavy cream

  • 1 oz egg white

  • Soda water

Preparation

  • Add gin, Frangelico, lime juice, lemon juice, egg white, and heavy cream into a shaker without ice

  • Dry shake for 3-4 minutes to build up a frothy texture

  • Add 3-4 small regular ice cubes into the shaker and shake until the ice is completely

  • To your glass, add a splash of soda water, and then pour the cocktail to your glass

  • Let the cocktail sit until the foam rises to the top

  • Using a straw or the back of a bar spoon, poke a hole in the top of your foam

  • Pour soda water into the hole so the foamy head rises above the edge of your glass

  • Add a straw back into the cocktail and enjoy!
