About the Recipe
This paper plane riff adds a bright citrus note from kumquat liqueur, and the nutty flavour of walnut from a walnut amaro. Slightly brighter and less bitter than the original paper plane.
Ingredients
¾ oz whisky
¾ oz kumquat liqueur
¾ oz lemon juice
Preparation
Add whisky, black walnut amaro, kumquat liqueur, and lemon juice to a shaker with ice
Shake for 10 seconds
Strain into a coupe glass
Garnish with a walnut and enjoy!
