Ingredients
1.5 oz Rye Whisky
0.75 oz Maple syrup
0.75 oz Lemon juice
0.5 oz Red wine
0.5 oz Egg white
3 dashes of aromatic bitters
Cocktail cherry
Preparation
Add all ingredients EXCEPT red wine into a cocktail shaker
Shake for 20 seconds with no ice
Add ice to the shaker and shake again for 10 seconds
Strain into a rocks glass with a large cube of ice
Using the back of a bar spoon, pour red wine into the glass, floating it on top of the cocktail
Garnish with a cocktail cherry
