About the Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Rum of choice

  • 0.5 oz Amaretto

  • 0.75 oz Pineapple juice

  • 0.5 oz Carrot juice

  • 0.5 oz Carrot cake syrup

  • 0.75 oz Lemon juice

  • 2 dashes of aromatic bitters

  • A splash of sparkling wine

  • Carrot ribbon for garnish


Preparation

  1. Add rum, amaretto, pineapple juice, carrot juice, carrot cake syrup, lemon juice, and aromatic bitters to a shaker with ice

  2. Shake and strain into a wine glass full of ice

  3. Top with sparkling wine

  4. Garnish with a carrot ribbon
