About the Recipe

Inspired by Taylor Swift's song "But Daddy I Love Him", this gin cocktail is fruity and refreshing. Made with pear, apricot, and purple butterfly pea flower gin.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 Purple Gin

  • 2 oz Pear juice

  • 0.5 oz Apricot syrup

  • 1 oz Lemon juice

  • 1 Lemon wheel (for garnish)

Preparation

  1. Add apricot syrup, pear juice and lemon juice to a shaker with ice

  2. Add ice to the shaker, cap it and shake vigorously for 10 seconds

  3. Strain into a gin goblet with ice

  4. Using the back of a bar spoon, pour Purple Rain Gin on the top of the cocktail

  5. Add a lemon wheel for garnish, and enjoy!
