About the Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Blueberry-infused vodka

  • 2 oz Pear nectar 

  • 0.5 oz Rosemary syrup 

  • 1 oz Lemon juice

  • Rosemary sprig for garnish


Preparation

  1. Add pear nectar, rosemary syrup, and lemon juice to a rocks glass

  2. Top with ice and stir

  3. Using the back of a bar spoon, pour the blueberry-infused vodka on top of the drink to float

  4. Garnish with a rosemary sprig and enjoy!
